The following definitions will apply here:
"You" or "Your" means any natural or legal person using the Service ("Users"), unless otherwise stated. "Hirin", "we", "our partners", "Partners" or "our" together will refer to Hirin and its affiliates, the Partners, unless otherwise stated.
1. Hirin services
1.1. Hirin.co (Hirin) is a marketplace for finding qualified IT professionals.
1.2. The list of services includes, but is not limited to:
- ensuring the search for candidates for vacancies;
- providing candidates with information on the salary level and vacancy provisions to which they have been invited;
- providing information on the status of the search for candidates or vacancies;
- providing technical support for chatting in Hirin;
- consulting and providing information and technical support in case of problems, malfunctions, errors in work and technical failures that interfere with the normal functioning of the Service;
1.3. This Agreement (the "Agreement") is the agreement between you and Hirin, it applies to the use of the Hirin Software and any related products and services available through Hirin (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, do not use or use our services.
1.4. You must read, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions that are clearly set out below and those that are incorporated by reference before you become a Hirin user. . We strongly encourage you to read the information contained in the other pages and websites mentioned in this document as you read this Agreement, as they may contain additional terms and conditions that apply to you as a Hirin user. p>

2. Eligibility
2.1. In order to use the Service, you must register a profile. Users can only have one account. Our services are available only to individuals or legal entities that may enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our Service is not available to minors (under 18 years of age).
2.2. Hirin provides you with the Service solely for your personal use. Subject to your consent and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensing right to use the Hirin Service, the Website and its content for personal use only, and always in full compliance with Terms and current legislation.
2.3. Improper use of the Service that violates these Terms will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in adverse circumstances for you.
3. Legal relations
3.1. Hirin, through cooperation with Partners, helps Candidates to find work and find executors (employees) for Companies by providing software for information and technical support of processing vacancies and candidate profiles and searching the Hirin database.
3.2. You acknowledge that Hirin is a gateway, and all information about vacancies or candidates and terms of cooperation belongs to the Partners. Hirin is not responsible for the content of information and any damages provided to any party due to poor quality information provided by any of the Partners.
3.3. It is forbidden to use Hirin services if your activity is involved in activities related to drugs, weapons, child pornography. The use of services is also prohibited if the activity promotes hatred and / or racial, ethnic, sexual, religious or social discrimination, or is offensive to any person and / or organization. Violates the rights of third parties, including minors, and / or causes harm in any other way. The information provided by you, as well as your actions performed through the Hirin Service, as well as our Partners, may not be erroneous, inaccurate or misleading; may not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen goods; may not infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or the right to publicity or confidentiality of any third party; may not violate any laws, statutes, regulations, contracts or regulations (including, but not limited to, those governing financial services, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising); may not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, Easter eggs that cancel bots or other computer programs that may damage, secretly intercept or expropriate any system, data or other personal information; may not be such as to adversely affect the Hirin Service, the services provided by our Partners.
The above list of activities is not exhaustive. Hirin reserves the right to refuse to cooperate with you, as well as to terminate cooperation if it deems it necessary, without explanation.
3.4. You acknowledge and agree that the losses incurred by Hirin as a result of the conduct set forth in clause 3.3. will be substantial, including (without limitation) penalties and other related costs from payment systems and service providers, the Partners will be reimbursed by you.
3.5. You can stop using the Hirin Service and the services provided by our Partners at any time by sending a request for our support by e-mail: hey@hirin.co.
3.13. Not limited to other remedies, Hirin and / or our Partners have the right to:
- Update inaccurate or incorrect information provided by you;
- block funds in your account;
- require you to pay the fine in full that we received in connection with your use of the Hirin Service;
- Restrict access to the account and to any or all of the account features.
4. Intellectual property rights
4.1. Hirin and all relevant logos, products and services described on this website are registered trademarks or registered trademarks of Hirin, Inc. or its licensors, and (other than the circumstances described below) may not be copied, imitated, or used in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Hirin. In addition, all custom page titles, graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and whether the Hirin brand name may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without Hirin's prior written consent.
4.2. These logos may not be altered or used in a manner that offends Hirin or the Service. Logos may not be used in any way that implies sponsorship or support from Hirin. Hirin is a gateway, and no partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee is designated by this Agreement.
5. Decision making
You understand and agree that your access to and use of the Hirin Service, as well as its content, is entirely at your discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damages. which may result from such access and use.
6. Privacy Policy
Use of the Hirin Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. In this regard, when referring to these Terms of Use, we also refer to the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. You acknowledge and agree that Hirin, in providing you with the Service, is not responsible for any actions that may be related to your use of the Service.
7.2. We expressly and unequivocally disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any representations and warranties (expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise) with respect to Hirin.
8. Changing Terms of Use

8.2. We may change this Agreement at any time by posting the changed terms on our website. Except as noted below, all changed terms will take effect 1 day after they are first posted on our site.
8.3. You have the right to terminate the agreement with Hirin if you do not agree to any changes. By continuing to use the Hirin Services, you accept the changes.
9. Procedure
The message is considered sent 24 hours after the publication or sending of the e-mail, if the sender does not know that the e-mail was not received. In addition, we may send you a message by mail to the address specified by Hirin during the registration process. In this case, the message is considered transmitted 3 days after the date of departure.
10. Legal disputes
In the event of a dispute between you and Hirin, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Hirin agree that any disagreement or claim arising out of this Agreement or Hirin's Services (the "Requirements") shall be resolved in accordance with the sections below or otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the parties. Before resorting to these alternatives, Hirin strongly recommends that users first contact Hirin directly to find a solution. Hirin will consider requests for dispute resolution through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation.
11. Arbitration
For any Claim (excluding Claims for Prohibition or Other Litigation), if the total amount of compensation sought is less than $ 25,000, you or Hirin may choose to resolve the dispute through mandatory arbitration by telephone. , via the Internet and / or on the basis of written statements when no personal presence is required. In such cases, Hirin reserves the right to choose arbitration.
12. Court
Alternatively, any claim may be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United Kingdom. You and Hirin agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
13. Add-ons
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, uninterrupted or secure access to our Service, and the operation of our site may be disrupted by a number of factors beyond our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be repealed and the remaining provisions shall apply. You agree that this Agreement and all included agreements may be automatically transferred Hirin at our sole discretion to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
14. Refund Policy
If the payment has already been made by the Partner, all payment obligations cannot be waived and the fees paid are non-refundable. Vacancies purchased by the Partner are stored on its balance for 365 days from the date of receipt of payment. If the Partner ceases to use Hirin's services, the funds received by Hirin for the provision of its services, including those vacancies that have not been used, will not be refunded.
